online return policy

All merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox. All full priced items purchased from are eligible for a full refund credited to the original form of payment if returned postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package. For exchanges or store credit, we will accept received items for up to 30 days after purchase. Discounted or sale merchandise items are available for exchange or store credit for 15 days after receipt of package. Items marked final sale are not returnable.

To return merchandise, please email Client Relations at for a return authorization.

Haberdash is not responsible for additional shipping costs for returns, unless Haberdash error is the reason for your return. Haberdash reserves the right to reject a return/refund based on the condition of the merchandise returned and does not assume responsibility for parcels lost in transit without proof of receipt by Haberdash. Please make sure to cover or remove the original mailing address label and all carrier barcodes from your parcel. When returning footwear, do not use the shoebox as your shipping box.

Haberdash will process your return/refund within 5 business days after it is received. Once your return/refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from Client Services.
